We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings,

Puerta de Bilbao Hotel
Located in Barakaldo, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Bilbao, with great connections for easily exploring the city and its surroundings. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the BEC Bilbao Exhibition Centre, 16 kilometres from the airport and 950 metres from the Ansio metro stop, which will get you into Bilbao in 10 minutes. All of this makes it the perfect place for those travelling for either business or pleasure.
Ibis Bilbao Barakaldo
The Ibis Bilbao Barakaldo is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao and the famous Guggenheim Museum. The Ibis is approximately 1 km from BEC, venue of the conference and 2 km from the centre of Barakald. It has easy access to the Autovía de Mar Cantábrico Motorway, a 5-minute drive away. Bilbao Airport is a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

Attractively set in the centre of Bilbao, Ibis Budget Bilbao City is within 600 metres of San Mamés Metro Station and less than 1 km of San Mamés Stadium. Silken Indautxu Hotel
A central hotel in Bilbao for sightseeing comfortably, 400 meters from the Indautxu metro station. ABBA Euskalduna hotel is strategically located in the centre of the city of Bilbao, near the famous Guggenheim Museum and is ideal for exploring Bilbao. With San Mamés Stadium just opposite, abba Euskalduna hotel is just 100 metres from the tram stop that takes you to the city centre.
Hotel Abando
The Abando Hotel is located in the center of Bilbao in front of the Court of Justice, next to the Albia Gardens, and parallel to the pedestrian Ledesma street. Close to the Abando train station (300 meters away) and the Abando metro stop (lines 1 and 2) 50 meters away.
NH Deusto
The NH Bilbao Deusto hotel is in the heart of Bilbao, completely renovated in 2016, is within walking distance of the city’s biggest sights. The Guggenheim and Museo de Bellas Artes (Fine Arts museum) is 10 minutes on foot, while it’s a 15-minute stroll to the Euskalduna Congress Hall. Meanwhile, Deusto and Basque Country’s Public Universities are both a 5-minute walk away. Walk on for an additional 3 minutes to reach the financial district and the Iberdrola Tower.
Sercotel Arenal Bilbao
Conveniently located in the Bilbao City Centre district of Bilbao, Sercotel Arenal Bilbao is set 100 metres from Arriaga Theatre, 300 metres from Catedral de Santiago and 100 metres from Casco Viejo Metro Station. Bilbao Airport is 14 km from Sercotel Arenal Bilbao.
Mercure Jardines de Albia Hotel
The Mercure Jardines de Albia Bilbao is next to the city main points of interest. The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Museum of Fine Arts and the Old Town, with easy access to Euskalduna Palace. The Mercure Bilbao is next to the Albia gardens and the estuary. Enjoy the city center, just 1.2 miles away and home to the Guggenheim museum, the República de Abando park and the Palacio Euskalduna conference center. The airport is 8.1 miles away.
General Terms and Conditions
AM Conferences will not accept reservations by telephone. Reservations must be made by filling out the online Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgement of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once the form is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: inscripciones@brseq2025.com.
Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.
All payments must be made in Euros. The available payment methods are:
Online credit card payment: if you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.
Any outstanding balance must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation.
Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat – email: inscripciones@brseq2025.com
For cancellations made before 9th Februry 2025, 100% of the amount will be refunded less € 50 for administration fees.
Cancellations received after 10th February 2025 or non-attendance: No refund.
Any corresponding refund will be made after the end of the Congress.
