Early registration fee deadline: April 20, 2025
INFORMATION FOR GRANT APPLICANTS: If you are planning to apply for any type of grant from Specialized Groups or Territorial Sections of the RSEQ, you should NOT register for the Biennial until, after submitting your application, the grant award decision is issued. Once the applications have been selected, the Technical Secretariat of the Congress will contact you to tell you how to register.
That is, grant applicants should NOT register for the Biennial until the grant application selection process is complete.

(*) MEMBERS are understood to be persons registered in the RSEQ (Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry), the RSEF (Royal Spanish Society of Physics) or the SPQ (Portuguese Society of Chemistry).
(**) Students must submit an official document from their university to justify their student status.
Payment methods
All payments must be made in Euros by:
VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards (only accepted cards).
The registration fee includes
– Conference Material
– Attendance at all conferences, Trade Show area and posters
– Coffee breaks
– Certificate of attendance and/or participation (sent by email)
– Conference dinner only included depending on the registration fee paid.
Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat – email: inscripciones@brseq2025.com
For cancellations made before 21 April 2025, 100% of the amount will be refunded less € 50 for administration fees.
Cancellations received after 22 April 2025 or non-attendance: No refund.
Any corresponding refund will be made after the end of the Congress.
Scam Warnings
There are an increasing number of fake websites claiming to offer hotel services.
We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings.
Personal insurance
The organisers do not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage to property of conference participants, whether during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
